A particularly nice example, with adirondack top and tapered braces. There are a couple of unusual details: the nut is 1/32" narrower, the spacing at the bridge is 1/16" wider than standard, and there's a metal rod in the neck instead of ebony. It's in great, completely original condition, with a couple issues: there's a hairline crack in the side that's been glued but not cleated, there's a little bit more than a little beltbuckle and shirt button wear on the back, and just a little bit of pickwear on the top. It appears to have had a neck reset, with excellent action and good frets. It has an exemplary tone, quite full and rich, and will have more after it gets some player's attention, since it's been in a closet for too long.
