Product Description
From luthier Michael Walker of Arcata, CA, this beautiful guitar is basically a replica of a 1930 Martin OM-18 owned by Eric. It is lovingly crafted with the highest level of skill, with tone that resonates with old-age richness and response. Woods are old ribbon Mahogany back, sides and neck, bear claw Adirondack spruce top, ebony board and bridge and rosewood binding. Extra special characteristics are the bar frets and the french polish finish. Tuners are the Rickard 10:1 banjo tuners. Michael has been building mostly dreadnaughts for a number of years, showing an intense devotion to detail and tonal production, and it's exciting to find that same level of quality in an OM.
