Product Description
This gorgeously understated almond-sunburst archtop features a carved spruce top and solid curly maple back and sides, and matching curly maple pickguard. Hand built by former Gibson craftsmen in their historic shop in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Bound body, fingerboard and headstock. 17" lower bout and a 1-11/16" nut and 25.5" scale. Ebony fretboard and tailpiece inlay. It's been fitted with an upgraded Bartolini Jazz dual-coil pickup mounted to the pickguard, not the body (original pickup included). Some small scratches and signs of use can be seen on this 24 year old instrument, but no cracks or major dings. The original Heritage 5-latch case shows some wear but is fully functional.
