This is a particularly wonderful example, not just in condition but in tone and playability as well. It is, of course, super light weight, which gives a wide-open sound that is super beautiful: sweet, fat, rich, full and more like adjectives. It is strung with Extra-Light steel strings at the moment, could take more probably but does not need it; more might overpower it and thus not sound as good. It's only non-original part is the bridge, which was installed by TJ Thompson, along with plekking the bar frets. It's probably the best playing early 0-45 around. There are a couple minor cracks in the back, one hairline in the top, a very faint hairline in the heel and a bit of pick wear under the strings, and gorgeous in all other respects.
