With Martin's 12-fret dreadnaught body and rosewood back and sides, we're talking lot's of bass, something that one often uses a 12-string for. The neck has just been reset, which is another very important thing for all those strings. This one is in fine condition, the only issue being a not uncommon crack running alongside the fretboard into the soundhole. The best part is the super low action and big, rich tone.
