Product Description
An exquisite, museum grade condition parlor guitar, with its original coffin case. Style 20, which was discontinued in 1897, is fairly simple, with a fancy colored rosette and backstripe, simple purfling and rosewood binding. The neck is cedar with a slotted head and mechanical tuners. The only sign of repair is the finish around the bridge, indicating that it has been reglued. It is currently strung with the Thomastic strings that were designed by John Pearce specifically for these early Martins.
